[Video] Lanvin 2012 Spring/Summer by Steven Meisel

Steven Meisel, the American fashion photographer known for his work with vogue signs the visuals for Lanvin’s 2012 spring/super advertisement campaign. 

The clip he put together is a succession of shots paced by a Maxine track produced by Pharell Williams. 

Through this campaign, Lanvin is getting younger, while maintaining its prestige and greatness, symbolized by the prominence of the serpent associated with the new collection. Moreover, python prints are invading the accessories departments of this season's most prestigious brands, allowing the french brand to ride the current trend. 

The teaser is powerful, allowing Lanvin to inject its venom and spread it’s campaign quickly to a large audience.

Steven Meisel, photographe de mode américain popularisé par sa collaboration avec Vogue signe les visuels de la campagne publicitaire Lanvin pour la collection printemps/été 2012. Dans le clip qu’il réalise, le visuel est une succession de clichés ambiancé par le rythme saccadé et entrainant du morceau "Cookieman" de Maxine, produit par Pharell Williams. 

Par l’intermédiaire de cette campagne, Lanvin se rajeunit, tout en gardant son prestige et sa grandeur, symbolisés par la mise en avant du serpent associée à la nouvelle collection. 

Par ailleurs, l’imprimé python envahit les rayons accessoires des plus prestigieuses enseignes et permet à la marque de surfer sur la tendance actuelle.
